Most frequent questions and answers
The entire reservation balance is due upon the time of booking. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates & would kindly recommend to reserve quickly as it books up fast!
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
As much as we love pets, we unfortunately do not allow any pets over the vacation home whether for a little bit or to stay the entire reservation. We are very sorry about this & hope you understand!
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are available upon
Availability
Our front door smart locks can be accessed any time after check-in (4:00pm) so any late check-ins are completely fine, no matter how late since its self check-in!
Our professional cleaners are following CDC guidelines to ensure all common surfaces are cleaned and disinfected and use disinfectants approved on List N from the EPA, which kill the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19).
All of our homes can easily fit 7 cars
